He was Cesare Valsesia (from the surname you can guess the origins) who took over the family food shop, his passion will lead him to specialize in baked goods, simple foods considering the socio-economic context of the time but of quality, with local ingredients who need refined professionalism and love in their work. After the war, his business became a fixed point for the locals, expanding production. Today the artisan enterprise continues through his nephew Marco Valsesia and is the guarantor of quality, tradition and the search for ancient and inimitable flavors to offer to an increasingly demanding clientele.
