A delicate velvety soup obtained from the tender hearts of the best artichokes from the Mastrototaro estate grown with passion, love and dedication, in the warm Apulian sun. The heady scent that is released when the jar is opened is a wedding invitation. The exquisite flavor of bruschetta, croutons and bread seasoned with Mastrototaro Food artichoke paté, obtained by adding extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of mint, make appetizers special. Closing the jar before the paté is finished will be a tough test.
