The thick bottom allows good heat distribution and resists high temperatures. The frying pan is compatible with the oven up to 200°C and the dishwasher. The ergonomic handle of the pan is covered with a layer of insulating silicone to protect your hands from the heat. This all-stainless steel frying pan is used to sear your meat and allows you to obtain delicious deglazed juices thanks to the juices released during cooking. Usage Tips and Precautions For best performance, we recommend that you preheat your pan to half power before turning down and adding your food to cook.
