With its thick bottom, this brushed stainless steel sauté pan has a 3-layer encapsulated bottom: a stainless steel layer, a central aluminum disc and a magnetic stainless steel bottom. Can be used on all hobs including induction, it can also be used in the oven up to 200°C for even more versatility. This 28 cm sauté pan is coated with 3 layers of top-of-the-range non-stick coating that is ultra-resistant to abrasion and scratches. The stainless steel handle is reinforced with silicone for an easy, heat-insulated grip. Tips for use and precautions for use The Excell'Inox sauté pan is dishwasher safe. For a better longevity, however, we recommend that you favor hand washing with a soft sponge.
