Peru Santa Rosa - Coffee beans 250g

This coffee is a microlot from Peru, more precisely from the Alto Palomar region, in Santa Rosa. It is a collaborative batch of the C.A.F.E (Agricultural Cooperative of Ecological Fruits) "Sanchirio Palomar". It is a mixture of the Typica and Caturra varieties, whose fruits are grown under shade, harvested and sorted manually. the fruit is then dried for several months in a greenhouse with its shell to concentrate the aromas of the pulp in the grain. It is a natural process pushed and mastered for years by the cooperative. This process gave the grain fruity and citrus notes. We obtain a well-balanced and fairly full-bodied coffee. We prefer to enjoy it in gentle methods, such as filter coffee, Pour-over or Chemex. This green coffee from organic farming is certified Symbol of Peasant Producers (SPP or "Simbolo de Pequenos Productores"), a label that ensures respect for the environment and fair remuneration for which the producers define the standards themselves.
