Quality and safety are our tradition! For more than 50 years we have been manufacturing our school satchels exclusively in Germany. The employees in our manufactory in Eberswalde lovingly take care of every detail, many of them are with us in the second and third generation. For us, "Made in Germany" is not just a seal of quality - it is also a corporate responsibility that we have and that we feel. From the seamstress to the management: it is a question of attitude for all of us.
At McNeill we are against the increasing exploitation of low-wage countries. We stand for fair trade. We all don't want products to have to be flown halfway around the world. We rely on local production and short transport routes. We don't want disposable items, that's why we design our schoolbags to be robust and durable. Sustainability is not a buzzword for us: no, we live it. For the love of our children.

Why we love what we do ? Quite simply: Because our employees in the factory in Eberswalde are also mothers and fathers. Some are also grandmothers and grandfathers, often second or third generation. Many of them learned the craft here at McNeill. “We all have school children in our families. And we just want to give them the best school bags in the world.
