Expectorant properties: thanks to its concentration of eucalyptol, which is a powerful mucolytic that fluidizes lung secretions, this oil is very useful for aromatizing our rooms in times of colds and allergies. It helps reduce snoring and sleeping difficulties in smokers thanks to its decongestant properties of the respiratory tract: you can spray it in your room when you go to sleep, or directly on the pillow (it is recommended about 30cm away from the fabric) to take advantage of its properties and reduce snoring and discomfort.
