Created in 1976 by a couple of beekeepers from Avignon, the Mellidor Company is located in the heart of Provence. We are a small local and family structure specializing in Bee Products from Organic Farming.
Our activity is 100% artisanal.
Everything is done manually, without a packaging line. The company's 3 employees are versatile and pay particular attention to the honey during packaging. Our honeys never exceed the temperature of a hive (around 38 degrees) and we do not mix anything.
The unavailability in France of certain varieties and the consumption of honey in France being twice as high as what our bees produce, we are allowing you to discover exceptional varieties from elsewhere (citrus honey, honey tropical) and other more classic ones with the same qualitative requirements as for our French honeys (systematic analysis by independent laboratory).
