ORGANIC SPRING HONEY ORIGIN FRANCE

Our spring honey is honey harvested in France, in the Gers.  This is the first honey harvest of the year.  During the first part of the beekeeping season, bees forage on fruit flowers, ornamental tree flowers, and many other floral species such as rapeseed, hawthorn, dandelion and clover.  This honey is characterized by its light color with a slightly pronounced fruity flavor, without bitterness or acidity.
