On the slopes of the Alburni mountains, on the Campania Apennines, in the Cilento and Del Vallo di Diano National Park, the creator and owner of the company, Enrico Foti, a young entrepreneur, has realized his teenage dream of preserving the territory, local traditions and recipes. The project was not easy to carry out, but it started from the assumption that a job must be invented to enhance and develop our southern territory and its enormous potential. The basic idea was to create a quality product, from here, in 2002, the cue to manage the family farm and make it multifunctional by dedicating itself essentially to the production and harvesting of first choice wild strawberries from organic farming. to be used for the aforementioned liqueur and beekeeping. The manufacturing process adopts traditional methods and requires great commitment and long production times, but finally the result is a product of excellence, tasty on the palate, which fascinates and captivates anyone who tastes it.
Infusion finely obtained from selected fresh organic strawberries of own production, the result of an exquisitely artisan process. Its natural and sober flavor offers the palate a genuine and delicious taste like the pleasures of good things of the past.
