Well roasted for a special curry time: the Sri Lanka curry with roasted spices. This Sri Lanka curry spice was created after an inspiring cooking session with our small farmers from Sri Lanka. The special thing about Sri Lankan cuisine is the roasting of the spices, which gives the Sri Lankan curry a dark color, but also a very intense and very unique aroma. In order to capture this special taste as best as possible, we roast our spices ourselves – here in Bad Tölz.
