Spring Honey - 250g

Spring honey is a polyfloral honey from the first nectariferous blooms of the season. Generally harvested towards the end of May, depending on the year and the weather, we find nectar from prunus, fruit trees, willow, hawthorn or rapeseed. Spring honey usually has a creamy texture.
