Barbarossa 2023 – TENUTA DI TAVIGNANO – fresh and aromatic red wine

DESCRIPTION: From the Marche region in Italy, between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains, this fresh and aromatic red wine is produced by TENUTA DI TAVIGNANO, a family estate certified ORGANIC and committed to quality production and sustainable development. Vinification and aging: Alcoholic fermentation is carried out during the maceration stage with the skins, for 45 days, at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for a few months in steel vats, in order to preserve the freshness and the fruity and floral varietal aromas of Lacrima di Morro d’Alba. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Bright red color with purple highlights. –Nose: Very fragrant, with aromas of cherry, rose and violet. –Palate: Silky, tasty, this wine with its lovely freshness and intense fruity flavors offers a thirst-quenching sensation. Aging potential: 3 to 5 years Recommended serving temperature: 14-16 °C Food/wine pairings: Burrata/Tomatoes, ratatouille, mussels in escabeche, Milanese escalope.
