Chardonnay 2022, GERMANIER WINES, fresh and round white wine

This fresh and round white wine is produced by Germanier Wines, by selection of grapes from different certified organic plots, coming from high quality terroirs in the Paarl region in South Africa.
 Vinification and aging: Vinified in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, this wine is aged for 9 months in old barrels to give it texture and aromatic complexity.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Golden yellow color. –Nose: Aromas of lemon peel, brioche and butter with notes of wet stones. –Palate: Flavors of citrus and brioche follow on the palate, accompanied by nice acidity and a lingering creamy palate. 
This wine has a nice texture with overall balance.
 Aging potential: 3-4 years Recommended serving temperature: 8-10°C Food/wine pairings: Seafood, grilled chicken with polenta, salmon, soft cheese. Certification: ORGANIC and VEGAN
