Franciacorta Brut DOCG, CLARABELLA, dry and elegant sparkling white wine

This dry and elegant sparkling white wine from the prestigious Franciacorta Brut DOCG appellation is produced by Cave Clarabella, whose vineyards at an altitude of 250m extend between Lake Iseo and Franciacorta, in Lombardy.
 Vinification and aging: Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, gently pressed and decanted cold for 36 hours, fermentation then takes place using selected yeasts, 85% in steel vats and 15% in barrels. 
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle using the traditional method. 
The wine ages on its lees for 20 to 28 months, before being disgorged, which gives it a beautiful aromatic complexity.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Straw yellow color with golden reflections and persistent bubbles. –Nose: Distinguished aromas of white flowers, citrus and white peach, followed by notes of bread crust. –Palate: The sip is fresh and lively, with a discreet persistence. 
The texture is light and silky, with very fine bubbles which give it a certain elegance.
