DESCRIPTION: This silky and fruity red wine comes from one of the most emblematic vineyards of the Domeco de Jarauta family, at over 600 meters above sea level, and which has been cultivated for over 100 years. Vinification and aging: After 25 days of maceration in truncated stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, this wine has the particularity of being aged for 8 months successively in French, Hungarian, Russian and American oak barrels, with racking every 4 months. Finally, it continues its aging for 9 months in the bottle to achieve perfect refinement, with an indisputable balance, a silky texture and a beautiful aromatic intensity. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Deep cherry red color with garnet highlights. –Nose: Intense aromas of red and black fruits, notably strawberry, with buttery notes of vanilla, cocoa, bay leaf and a slightly spicy and peppery base. –Palate: This wine is tasty, round and extremely balanced. The palate is fruity and fresh with good acidity, a touch of minerality, and a smooth length.
