Nero d’Avola Nd’A 2023 – VILLA CARUMÉ – fresh and fruity red wine

DESCRIPTION: Coming from a vineyard in the North-West of Sicily, with soils rich in shellfish and minerals, this fresh and fruity red wine from the Villa Carumé range is produced by ASSULI, a family estate where love and respect for nature are values passed down from generation to generation. Vinification and aging: Gentle pressing and destemming are carried out. Extraction takes place by traditional pumping and alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 26°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 3-4 months in stainless steel vats, then another 3-4 months in bottles. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Intense ruby red color with purple highlights. –Nose: Intense aromas of ripe red fruits with delicate notes of liquorice. –Palate: Balanced, it combines freshness and roundness, and offers beautiful flavors of ripe red fruits.
