From the Emilia-Romagna region, this round and full-bodied red wine is produced by Cantina IL POGGIO, a 28 hectare estate located in the famous “Parma Food Valley”, known for creating contemporary wines, where tradition and innovation combine .
 Vinification and aging: Made from a blend of native Italian grape varieties (Barbera, Bonarda) and international grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon), vinified then aged in steel vats for 12 months, and aged for at least 12 additional months in bottle, this wine is very soft and rounded.
