Pinotage 2022, GERMANIER WINES, warm and fruity red wine

This warm and fruity red wine is produced by Germanier Wines, by selecting grapes from different certified organic plots, coming from high quality terroirs in the Paarl region in South Africa.
 Vinification and aging: Vinified as a Pinot Noir, with cold maceration and aged in stainless steel vats for a few months, this wine presents a beautiful varietal expression of Pinotage.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Garnet red color. –Nose: Aromas of raspberry and blackberry accompanied by notes of almond paste. –Palate: The aromas linger on the palate. 
It is a round and expressive wine with fine tannins and a balanced structure.
 Aging potential: < 5 years Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C Food/wine pairings: Aged cheese, lamb shank, chicken lasagna, vegetable quiche. Certification: ORGANIC and VEGAN
