Pra del Molino Biologico, Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2022, VILLA RUBINI, floral and complex white wine

Coming from the Friuli region in Italy, this floral and complex white wine is produced by Villa Rubini, an organic and biodynamic family estate, which strives to discover the singularity that its terroir and its native grape varieties can express.
 Vinification and aging: This white wine has the particularity of being produced by cold maceration without contact with oxygen, to extract the maximum of primary aromas, followed by aging on the lees in stainless steel vats for 9 months. 
Part of the wine is aged in used oak barrels. 
We thus obtain a wine with a unique profile, which combines minerality and aromatic complexity.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Light golden yellow color. –Nose: Magnificent aromatic bouquet with vegetal notes, sage, white flowers, grapefruit, yellow fruits, but also honey and nuts. –Palate: Dry with good minerality and nice freshness. 
Intense floral notes persist for a long time on the finish.
