Santalba white 2023 – SANTALBA – floral and fruity white wine

DESCRIPTION: This floral and fruity white wine, produced from Viura, a native grape variety of Rioja, by the Santalba family estate, impresses with its freshness and balance. Vinification and aging: The grapes are gently pressed, in order to preserve all their flavors. This is followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel vats, which gives rise to a wine of beautiful freshness, with remarkable aromatic intensity. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Pale yellow and bright color. –Nose: Intense aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. –Palate: Well balanced and slightly round in the mouth, the acidity gives it a nice freshness. Storage potential: < 3 years Recommended serving temperature: 8 °C Consumption recommendation: Open and air at least 1 hour before tasting.
