Sherazade, Sicilia DOC 2022, DONNAFUGATA, fruity and spicy red wine

Coming from the South-East of Sicily, this fruity and spicy red wine is produced by TENUTA DI DONNAFUGATA, embodying the artisanal and creative excellence of Made in Sicily in the world.
 Vinification and aging: Vinified in steel tanks at 24-25°C, aged in steel tanks for 4 months, then refined in the bottle, it offers a very beautiful expression of Nero d'Avola.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Bright ruby ​​red color with purple reflections. –Nose: Aromas of plum and cherry, combined with delicate spicy notes (black pepper) and balsamic notes. –Palate: On the palate, the fruity flavors return gently. 
The caressing tannins complement the fruit and freshness.
 Aging potential: 3-4 years Recommended serving temperature: 15-16°C Food/wine pairing: Meat dish in sauce, spaghetti with tomatoes.
