Michai was created by Thomas and Natalie, two young entrepreneurs passionate about travel and culinary discoveries. During a stay in Australia, we fell in love with chai latte, a comforting drink with captivating spices.
Back in France, we decided to share this unique experience by launching our own brand. Our goal is to offer an authentic chai latte, prepared with quality ingredients, to awaken your senses and create moments of conviviality.
Initially, it was a small project, a quest to discover the best spices and teas that would give rise to a unique recipe. We spent months experimenting, tasting and perfecting each blend, determined to capture the essence of traditional wine cellar while adding our own personal touch.
