Our beautiful and warm tribe is made up of 93 troublemakers, young, dynamic, ultra-involved and committed.

What we like is to preserve the troublemaker spirit, but what is it? a hint of non-conformism, a pinch of craftsmanship, a touch of the amateur and a very large handful of sympathy!

What drives us? Create a link with our community thanks to the investment we make to have a rich, committed and mobilized ecosystem.

At school we are not the type to copy, on the contrary, what makes us vibrate is to innovate!
Today, we concoct a hundred gourmet recipes thanks to our pastry know-how.
