Our cassoulets are prepared in the heart of the southwest with respect for tradition. First, the beans are soaked the day before, then blanched and skimmed. We brown the pork in the fat then add the real "homemade" Toulouse sausage with natural casing and fresh pork and the "homemade" juice that has simmered all night! Tasting Tips: Heat the closed box for 10 minutes in a bain-marie then pour the contents into a terrine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and brown for 5 minutes in a hot oven. Enjoy your lunch !
