We collaborate with 40 permanent beekeepers, mainly located in Provence.
Summer is the season of choice for the production of lavender honey. The hives are spread throughout Provence around Mont Ventoux, on the plateaus of Albion, Valensole, the southern baronies of Drôme. Some hives are installed in slightly more remote regions, for acacia or chestnut or lime honey, for example.
Our beekeepers, passionate about their profession, pamper more than 6000 hives, which represents no less than 240 million bees, which work to produce the best honey, to delight your taste buds.
