Organic Chestnut Honey

Honey harvested in the middle mountains at the end of June. It is concentrated around the chestnut tree, associated with the undergrowth and its surrounding vegetation: brambles, clematis, anthyllis, broom, nepita etc. Amber and long in the mouth, strong and tannic honey with a slight bitterness.
