Crystal Oak Honey - 750g

OAK HONEY HAS OBTAINED THE GOLD AWARD IN THE QUALITY CATEGORY, AT THE LONDON HONEY AWARDS 2021 While we harvest the heather, our bees are collecting the oak honeydew in other areas, which give rise to a very sweet, dense and dark honey, and which is not very abundant in the area. Oak honey does not come from the nectar of flowers, but from the sweet sap secretions made by certain plants such as oak. It is a honey with a very dark amber color, a clearly malty aroma, very intense and persistently floral. Its production area is located in the oak groves of the southwestern area of Asturias: Allande, Tineo, Cangas del Narcea and Ibias.
