White Heather Honey - 250g

White heather honey is a delicate and creamy delight reminiscent of a spread. It has surprising notes of caramel and even gingerbread, which gives it a unique and inimitable taste. White heather is a flowering shrub widely recognized for its abundant flowering. Its small, bell-shaped flowers appear in dense clusters at the ends of the stems. Although they are usually white in color, there are also pink or purple varieties. The flowering period generally extends from summer to autumn, creating magnificent flowery landscapes in the regions where it grows. This flowering shrub is mainly found in mountainous regions of Europe, particularly in heaths and peat bogs. Our honey harvest comes specifically from the Haut Languedoc natural park, located in the south of France. This park is a region of great biodiversity, home to a variety of ecosystems, from mountain peaks to deep valleys, including forests, rivers and wetlands.
