Mulberry Honey - 250g

Our mulberry honey is harvested in the heart of the Monts d’Ardèche Natural Park. It has a rich, sweet and slightly tart taste. It has notes of caramel and licorice, with a slight bitterness. It can have fruity nuances, reminiscent of ripe mulberry berries. This honey has a thick and creamy texture. It can crystallize more slowly than other varieties of honey, giving it a smooth, creamy consistency even after a while. Blackberries, also known as brambles, are climbing plants belonging to the Rosaceae family. Wild brambles in Ardèche generally flower between June and July. The plants are covered with small, delicate white or slightly pink flowers with five petals that form large clusters. After flowering, the flowers of wild brambles turn into edible fruits known as blackberries. They ripen later in the season, usually around late summer or early fall.
