The Miels et torrents company was created in 2020, in the Hautes-Pyrénées.
With his experience of more than 10 years spent on the Family farm, Xavier Mallein sets up on his own, with a herd of 250 hives. Organic was immediately obvious, being located in the middle of a unique and preserved biodiversity.
