ETHIOPIA SIDAMO SALOMON In the Sidamo region - at 1800-2200 meters - Ethiopia is cultivated by Mr. 
Jakenge, local coffee producer. 
The name Salomon derives from the legendary King Salomon who, according to legend, built a secret temple in Sidamo with his crown hidden inside. 
After his death the crown was found by a farmer and from that moment the inhabitants began to live in harmony with nature. 
Its delicate elegant aroma, characterized by notes of lime and jasmine, guarantees an intense taste, great body and special aftertaste.
