Casolí is our gourmet olive oil, made 100% from the Arboçana Variety, which is characteristic of Tarragona (Spain). Casolí is a fresh oil rich in aromas. We use the Bag-in-Box® system to offer more protection and better preservation of the antioxidant properties of our extra virgin olive oil. Moreover, the Bag-in-Box system is a more environmentally friendly solution compared to rigid packaging. Tasting notes: Green fruity. Medium intensity is spicy and bitter, with remarkable sweetness and very well balanced. Secondary aromas with intense notes of grass and clear aromas of green almond shell, tomato, and fennel. The whole result is a fresh oil rich in aromas. Pairing: It is the ideal companion to enhance raw salads, vegetables, sauces, and vinaigrettes.
