Malabar Green Pepper

The deliciously mild Malabar Green Pepper comes from Kerala, India. Immediately after picking the green berries, they are freeze-dried. This way, they retain their beautiful green colour, texture and fresh mild flavour. Malabar Green Pepper goes very well with dressings, fresh cheeses, vegetable and fish dishes, but certainly also with pepper sauce or steak.
