Orange Peel

The beautiful bright orange pieces of orange peel are upcycled leftover pieces from the dried orange slice production. Besides fresh, flavourful and full of colour, 'responsible' can be added to the list of this Orange Peel. Drying the zest together with pulp avoids some of the bitterness. They put the sweetness of the orange back into the product by infusing the orange peel pieces with fresh orange juice. Orange peel is usually used in combination with chocolate or as a decoration on cakes and other desserts. Let yourself be surprised and use Orange Peel in savoury dishes too.
