Smoked Sweet Paprika

Smoked Sweet Paprika, Spain, organic. Best friend to fried bacon. Mill & Mortar was the first to launch organic smoked sweet paprika in Denmark. For several years, we were on the lookout for an organic variant for our popular smoked Paprika. We have now finally found a small producer in the La Vera region in Extremadura, Spain, that has a small production of organic, sweet (Dulce) peppers, which we have been allowed to buy into. Just a teaspoon of this magical red powdered spice lends body to the food, whether in marinades or used directly during cooking. Smoked Paprika has an Umami taste, similar to broth or bacon.
