Organic Salted Snacks with Sheep Coucouron

By developing the recipe for Organic Petits Salés with Organic Ewe Coucouron, we wanted to highlight this blue cheese from the Ardèche plateau. The cheese matured by us gives all its character to these aperitif biscuits. A 100% crunchy organic recipe made by craftsmen in Ardèche! At Minute Papillon no preservatives, no colorings and even less GMOs! We work with raw materials and obviously favor ingredients from French organic agricultural sectors. We develop as a family the recipes that we like to eat and share.
