Some tips for preparing your infusion: Mix the contents of the bag well (shake it by turning it over) Crush the plants before using them to best extract their ingredients (a good pinch of plants for the equivalent of a cup) Pour hot water over them (80°C) then leave to infuse for 10 minutes or, immerse them in a pan of cold water, bring to a light boil then turn off the heat and leave to infuse for 10 minutes (cover tightly) It's ready! Mickael Mary has a passion for nature which led him to follow a university course in ecology and botany. Before creating Terres de Simples in 2015, he worked for various nature protection organizations including Tour du Valat, nature reserves, nature conservation centers, and project manager for the bay of Mont Saint Michel at the coastal conservation center. In 2015 he became a farmer-herbalist and herbalism trainer in the Normandy countryside, a stone's throw from Mrs. Green's house. We know each other well and share common values.
