Moderato draws inspiration from unique know-how to create a new style of quality alcohol-free wine.
Our objective is to maintain pleasure while controlling consumption as best as possible and focusing on the taste and experience of wine.
We select the best grape varieties to obtain quality wines which we delicately reduce in alcohol and then assemble them using our know-how and the expertise of our oenologist. The result: preserved aromas and a new balance, for a unique style full of taste!
