A revolutionary blanc de noir! -Some information - Grape variety: Blanc de Noir (merlot) Color: straw yellow with slightly golden highlights.             On the nose: expressive notes of candied fruit supported by notes of sweet almonds.   In the mouth: a beautiful fruity and round structure, enhanced by fine bubbles which line the palate and give a nice length.   Serve chilled between 6 and 8°, perfect for a sweet and savory aperitif and even with a nice chocolate fondant!
