The revolutionary moderato vintage - alcohol-free rosé wine - Gros Manseng Merlot

It is first of all thanks to the work of our Gascony winegrowers who selected and vinified their emblematic grape variety, Merlot, at maturity. 
We then distilled it at low temperature to remove the alcohol and preserve all the aromatic richness: a revolution!    Notes of fresh ripe red fruits with a hint of citrus.
