We have been millers for over a century, ours is an ancient and fascinating job that requires knowledge, respect and passion.
It all began in 1905, in the mill of Trivignano Udinese, a town in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Geremia Moras, our progenitor, took over the management of the municipality's production plant, purchasing it at the end of the 1920s.
From generation to generation we have grown, we have evolved always choosing the natural goodness, welcoming innovation and at the same time respecting and honoring our origins as artisans.
We are millers, our trade has always given us conscience and awareness of what we have in our hands. We didn't choose between the principles of the past and the opportunities of the future: we kept them both, certain that our work would become more complete.
And so it was, and it still is today.
Today the Molino Moras is in its sixth generation and carries on the values of the milling art with ever new energy.
