Ficotto is a delicious surprise, as well as a rarity, it is obtained by squeezing figs and slow cooking. The consistency is similar to that of a syrup. It is suitable for accompanying cheeses, ricotta, desserts, but also fruit and as a dressing for salads. The fruit, grown and harvested directly in our company, is selected by hand and processed in an artisanal way, until it is transformed into natural, genuine and highly healthy jams.
