Organic Penne Rigate Large Sizes

Organic penne rigate from Pastificio Testa, made from 100% durum wheat semolina from Italy.   Semolina and water are the only ingredients.   We use circular bronze dies and dry the pasta in static cells at low temperatures with long times.
