Datterini Tomatoes in Sauce

Datterini Tomatoes are a variety of tomatoes, with splendid bunches with an elongated shape, a very sweet flavor and small dimensions. The peel is extremely thin and a beautiful bright red color. Our mission is to bring the flavor of summer to your dishes with a preserve with a sweet and unique flavor. The datterini tomatoes are placed raw in the jar and then covered with the fresh tomato sauce. They are not processed in order to totally maintain their characteristics and intense flavour. The uses that can be made of it in the kitchen are different: as a fresh sauce to season pasta or excellent spaghetti, for gourmet pizzas or for pizzaiola-style second courses of meat or fish.
