Vegetable Ragu

Artisan production - 100% Italian In this simple but tasty sauce, the traditional Montagano tomato sauce is enriched with freshly chopped vegetables and completed with the excellent Molise extra virgin olive oil. This is how a ragù rich in vegetables and with a full-bodied consistency is born. METHOD OF USE heat in a pan or in the microwave before use. STORAGE Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days. IDEAL season any pasta-based first course. Also excellent as a filling for stuffing peppers and aubergines or for preparing tasty bruschetta.
