Spicy and slightly hot sauce originally from Ethiopia, similar to traditional tomato sauce. Made with carefully selected ingredients; tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic and berbere spices. Doro Wat is usually served with the traditional Ethiopian flatbread called Injera.
