A biographer since 2017, Hélène has met many families to write their life stories. However, despite all her will, she had to resign herself: she could not immortalize the stories of all the grandparents of France. In order to save as many family stories as possible, she created a unique tool!
Here is the solution imagined: my grandmother's alphabet book and my grandfather's alphabet book, notebooks designed to encourage our loved ones to entrust their precious memories.
Guided by a carefully developed alphabet book, they are invited to answer original questions. B for Stupidity, What stupidity of your children makes you laugh today? N for Birth, What do you know about the day you were born? Z is for Damn, What's your favorite swear word?
My grandmother's alphabet book and my grandfather's alphabet book allow us to revive forgotten anecdotes and above all, they provoke moments of family discussion.
The alphabet books were financed through a crowdfunding campaign in June 2023. They were entirely produced and then printed in Pays de la Loire using environmentally friendly materials and techniques.
