Our creamy is obtained by seeding summer honey with spring honey. 
It is then mixed gently for a few days before potting. 
Very thin, it is ideal for spreading. 
This creamy offers a subtle balance of flavors. We harvest it in the Haut-Marne and Auboise forests 🌳 Available in 250g and 500g
