Mr. Fermier is Maxime Dion, the eldest son of a family of four children. Concerned about the future of the family farm, he wishes to share the quality of his parents' work, by making consumers rediscover the true taste of farm meat through gourmet, innovative recipes mixing traditions and originality. The parents of Monsieur Fermier, Sophie & Christophe Dion have been breeding pigs and cattle from Normandy and Maine Anjou since 1996. They are involved in new breeding approaches, respectful of the environment and the well-being of their animals. Their farm, the Les Barres farm, located in Mayenne, is labeled Blue, White, Heart.
